The brief
StroyTenderConsult (СтройТендерКонсалт) is a Kyiv legal brand for the construction business and real estate; its Ukrainian pages use the name БудТендерКонсалт. It is a brand of our own business group. The strojtender.com domain is held within the group, and the Kyiv address on the site, 77 Velyka Vasylkivska St., is also the group's office address. This case describes work done inside the group.
The brief was a corporate website that introduces the company and its services, builds brand recognition and brings in new visitors.
Construction-law and permit services are usually bought under deadline pressure, by developers and property owners. They compare which documents a procedure needs, how long it takes, what it costs and whether the firm can represent them before inspection bodies. A site in this category has to answer those questions service by service.
What we did
Ready-made design in the corporate colour
The team selected a ready-made design and adapted the layout to the corporate colour: yellow accents, a dark header and a logo with a hard-hat mascot. The header of the mockup carries the address, working hours from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 20:00, and a phone number labelled "Free call", followed by the menu and a search field. An excavator photo fills the first screen, and the services block opens with an offer of a free consultation.
Site structure
The home page groups the services into a grid of tiles, followed by news and a text on legal support in the construction business. Separate pages cover individual services, such as buying a company that already holds a construction licence, along with news articles and contacts.
Build, testing and SEO
Market analysis, animated elements and forms, software improvements, adaptation to different devices, and functional and usability testing. The case page lists SEO promotion as ongoing work and names the roles involved: a designer, an SEO specialist, a junior PHP developer, an assistant internet marketer and content manager, and a junior SEO specialist.
Timeline
- The mockup footer reads "Copyrights © 2016".
- The site's structured data gives 3 January 2018 as the publication date, and the Web Archive first captured the domain on 8 August 2018.
- Screenshots of the finished site show news items from March 2019.
- The latest Web Archive capture we found dates from 13 July 2025.
Where it stands today
We checked strojtender.com on 14 September 2026.
- The site runs on WordPress, and its header still matches the mockup: the hard-hat mascot logo, the address, Monday-to-Saturday hours and the same phone number. The footer reads "Copyrights © 2026 - Design by Строй Тендер Консалт". The site carries no Marketing MIX credit.
- Russian pages sit at the root and Ukrainian pages under /uk/, linked with hreflang tags, with Russian as the default. The pages carry Open Graph tags and structured data for the web page, last modified on 19 January 2024, and for a local business.
- The service menu has grown well beyond the original tiles. It covers legalisation of construction, from unauthorised buildings to commissioning and change of use of premises; construction licences, including the purchase of a licensed company; building permits; professional certificates for experts, architects, engineers and technical supervisors; labour-safety certificates and permits for high-risk works; support for real-estate deals in Kyiv; defence during construction inspections; services for construction tender participants; land documents; and ISO 9001 certification.
- The newest item in the Russian news feed, on permits for high-risk works, is dated 20 May 2021. The Ukrainian feed's newest item is dated 21 June 2023. The sitemap shows posts last modified on 10 August 2023 and pages on 10 April 2024.
- The site names no operating legal entity, and a YouControl search found no company registered under the name СтройТендерКонсалт.
What we would add now
Technical basics
The HTTP address serves the site without redirecting to HTTPS, and the home page takes about 2.2 seconds to start responding. The robots.txt file blocks all uploads and JPG images and still carries an obsolete Yandex block and Host directive. Each of these is a quick fix. See SEO services in Ottawa: technical and local SEO.
Structured data that matches the page
The local-business markup lists Monday-to-Friday hours while the header says Monday to Saturday, and it uses the old Russian street name and the postcode 02000, while the contacts give 03150. We would switch to the LegalService type with a service area and a catalogue of services, so search engines and AI assistants read the same facts a visitor sees. See AI SEO & GEO agency: ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews.
Named lawyers
The site names none of its lawyers and shows no credentials. People buying legal help, and AI assistants recommending it, look for who is responsible. Profiles with names, qualifications and areas of practice would answer that. See Law firm website development for Canadian firms.
Service pages that answer cost, time and documents
A price or starting price, a typical timeline and a document checklist on every service page, with an FAQ block for the questions clients ask most.
A news feed that keeps up with the rules
Construction permitting rules keep changing, and the news feeds stopped in 2021 and 2023. Short, dated notes on regulatory changes would show that the practice follows them.
A complete Ukrainian version
One item in the Ukrainian "why choose us" list is still in Russian, and Russian is the default language. For a Kyiv legal service we would finish the Ukrainian copy and make it the default.
Lead capture for document-heavy work
Leads come in through callback and request forms. A messenger contact and a document upload would let clients send their papers for a first assessment. See Corporate website development.
Testimonial
StroyTenderConsult is a brand of our own group, so this quote comes from inside the group.
We were delighted with how the team communicated. Everything moved quickly and clearly, and anything unclear was explained in plain terms. Huge thanks to Valeria, who stayed in touch with us the whole time. We especially liked that the team offered its own suggestions and advice. It was a pleasure to work together.
