The brief
Kupit OOO ("Buy an LLC") is a brand of our own business group. It belongs to the group's legal cluster, next to legal.ua, likvidus.com and nazad.in.ua, so this case describes work done inside the group.
The site sells ready-made companies: legal entities already registered in Ukraine that a buyer takes over and starts trading through. Its catalogue filters show what buyers in this market compare. Companies are grouped by city (Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Kherson) and by type: without VAT, VAT-registered, on the single tax, holding a construction or security licence, public organisations and charitable organisations. Each listing shows the company name, EDRPOU registry code, registration date, district, VAT status, price and a Buy button.
The brief was an intuitive marketplace for buying a company, free of information overload, with a pleasant design that stands apart from competitors.
What we did
Design
The mockups set an hourglass logo in grey and gold over a beige header band, with a red "Promotion" label and a "Buy a company in your city" selector. The home page opens with a slider of current offers, followed by four round badges for related services (offshore, bankruptcy, liquidation, registration) and a "Why buy from us?" section. Separate layouts cover the city catalogue, with a grid of company cards and filters in a sidebar, a single company page with a purchase form, and a contacts page.
Front-end build
A front-end developer turned the mockups into the working templates.
SEO and advertising
According to our project archive, the team expanded the semantic core by adding pages, added a Promotions page, built the home page slider for browsing current offers, set up outbound links to partner sites and connected contextual advertising. The Promotions page and the offers slider are both visible on the site today.
Where it stands today
We checked kupitooo.com on 14 September 2026. The site answers over HTTPS and still runs the design from our mockups. The footer reads "Development and support" next to the MMIX logo, which links to mmix.biz.
The Wayback Machine first captured the domain on 4 March 2016. Captures from May 2017, June 2020, March 2023 and January 2026 show the same page title ("Купить готовые фирмы | Купить ООО"), the same city and type menu, the same phone numbers and the MMIX logo in the footer. The only structural change we found is a News item added to the top menu between the 2017 and 2020 captures.
The catalogue still works the way it was designed: by city and by company type. Registration dates printed in the listings on the home page run from 2014 to 2017, most of them from 2015 and 2016. The "About us" block describes years of legal practice and says the team helps choose a company, arranges the sale and provides legal and accounting support afterwards. The site is in Russian only and names no operating legal entity. We found no third-party reviews of the service.
What we would add now
A responsive layout
The pages carry no viewport meta tag and keep the fixed desktop layout from 2016. A responsive rebuild comes first, keeping the city-and-type catalogue logic. See Law firm website development for Canadian firms.
Search fundamentals
The home page has no H1, no canonical tag and an empty meta description, and the HTTP version answers without redirecting to HTTPS. All four are quick fixes. See SEO services in Ottawa: technical and local SEO.
A Ukrainian version
Buyers check companies against Ukrainian-language registry data, while the site speaks Russian only. A Ukrainian version with hreflang tags would match how the market searches in 2026.
Answers for buyers and AI assistants
Someone asking an AI assistant how to buy a ready-made company in Ukraine wants the procedure, the documents involved, how to check a company before purchase and the risks. The site has none of that content and no structured data. We would add a buyer's guide with an FAQ, Organization and BreadcrumbList markup, and an Offer record for each company. See AI SEO & GEO agency: ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews.
Visible freshness
Listings show no update date or availability status, and the newest registration dates are from 2017. A "last updated" date and a clear status on every card would tell buyers and search engines that the stock is current.
One market, two sites
The group's liquidation site, Likvidus — company liquidation law firm website, serves owners who want to exit a company, the other side of the same market. Kupit OOO links to likvidus.com only through one of the round service badges on its home page, and Likvidus does not link back. A short explanation and a clear link in both directions would connect the two.
Lead tracking before ad spend
The site runs GA4 alongside a legacy LiveInternet counter. Tracking purchase-form submissions and phone clicks as conversions would make any new contextual advertising measurable. See PPC services in Ottawa: Google Ads and Meta ads agency.
Testimonial
Kupit OOO is a group brand, so this quote comes from inside our own group.
Throughout the project, the team was highly professional and genuinely invested in making our idea work. The site is now live, and we are getting many targeted clients, for which we thank the SEO team.
