The problem with how you're being read today

Open ChatGPT. Type: "best [your industry] [your city]". Watch what it cites.

If the answer is some directory site, your loudest competitor, or — worst — nothing about you at all, you have a discoverability problem that classic SEO can't fix. LLMs don't read the web the way Googlebot of 2015 read it. They read it for semantics: claims, evidence, and the relationships between them.

How LLMs choose what to cite

We've watched the same patterns repeat across hundreds of model responses:

  • Structure beats prose. A page with H2-organized claims, lists, and definitions gets pulled into answers more often than a wall of marketing copy.
  • Schema is a tie-breaker. When two sources say similar things, the one with valid Organization, FAQPage, Article, or DefinedTerm schema wins the citation slot.
  • Evidence carries weight. Case studies with numbers, dated claims, and named sources get cited more than testimonials with first names and stock photos.
  • Freshness matters less than you'd think — but recency signals matter. A 2023 page with a 2026 review date and updated stats outperforms a 2026 page with no editorial trail.

What we deliver

1. AI sitemap

A structured semantic graph of your site, exposed as llms.txt and as machine-readable JSON-LD. It tells LLMs which pages contain claims, which contain evidence, and how they connect.

2. Content restructure

We rewrite your most commercially important pages into the format LLMs prefer: a single H1 claim, evidence in H2s, definitions in DefinedTerm schema, FAQs in FAQPage schema.

3. Schema implementation

Organization, LocalBusiness (per location), FAQPage, Article, BreadcrumbList, DefinedTerm, Review — all properly nested, all validated against schema.org.

4. AI mention monitoring

Weekly automated probes of GPT-5, Claude Opus, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews for your brand and the queries that matter. You see what models say about you before your customers do.

5. Citation-bait content

Definitions pages, comparison tables, pillar guides — the formats models reach for. Each piece designed to be the cleanest, most quotable answer to a specific query.

Why us for this work, specifically

We've been doing classic SEO since 2014. We started LLM optimization in 2023, when most agencies were still calling AI a fad. We work in Anthropic's, OpenAI's, and Google's developer ecosystems daily — building real applications, not just running keyword tools. The studio is also the only Canadian agency we know of running its own LLM-citation telemetry pipeline.

Pricing

A clearly scoped audit starts at €1,800. Ongoing retainers start at €2,400 per month. Larger projects are quoted after scope is agreed.

Next step

Send us your URL. We'll run it through twelve real prompts in five different models, and send you a report on where your brand shows up — and where a competitor takes the citation slot you should own.
