The brief

Likvidus closes businesses in Ukraine: it liquidates limited liability companies and sole proprietorships (FOP) and runs bankruptcy procedures, and it says it has worked since 2010. Likvidus is part of INNOVA Consulting Group, the same business group as Marketing MIX. Its structured data names INNOVA as the parent organisation, and its footer lists the group's companies, Legal Solutions among them. This case describes work inside our own group.

Its clients own a company or a sole proprietorship they want to close legally: a business that has stopped trading, a dormant company, or one with debts. The current menu mirrors those situations: liquidation of a sole proprietor, general-procedure liquidation of a company, express liquidation of an LLC through the sale of corporate rights, liquidation of an LLC with debts or a dormant LLC, closing a dormant FOP that owes the single social contribution, forced liquidation, and bankruptcy of companies and sole proprietors. Visitors in this category want to know quickly which procedure fits, how long it takes and what it costs.

The brief was a clear, light website with a simple structure, where every visitor quickly finds what they need, followed by ongoing promotion.

What we did

Website

In the mockups the home page opens with the heading "Express (alternative) liquidation" and an offer covering every type of liquidation for companies and sole proprietors in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Odesa and across Ukraine. The menu stays short: Liquidation, Bankruptcy, Contacts. The home page adds a call-back button, a free consultation form, an About section and maps of the Kyiv, Lviv and Dnipropetrovsk offices. The sole-proprietor service page shows a starting price of UAH 3,000, a term from two months, a nine-step procedure and the document list. Contacts have their own page.

The Wayback Machine capture from 10 January 2016 already shows this design, so the site was live by the start of 2016.

SEO and promotion

The team collected a semantic core, optimised the texts and wrote unique meta tags. Our archive records off-page optimisation and contextual advertising as ongoing work after launch.

Where it stands today

We checked likvidus.com on 14 September 2026. The site runs over HTTPS behind Cloudflare with HSTS. The header keeps the "Express (alternative) liquidation" heading and the Liquidation, Bankruptcy, Contacts menu from 2016. Captures from 2018, 2022 and March 2025 show the same header and menu, with service names expanded over time and a News section added by 2025.

Today the pages also carry a viewport tag, canonical tags, hreflang links for Russian and Ukrainian, and structured data describing Likvidus as a legal service founded in 2010 and serving Ukraine. The contacts list offices in Kyiv (77 Velyka Vasylkivska St), Lviv (2A Tershakovtsiv St) and Dnipro (111 Dmytra Yavornytskoho Ave), with Telegram, Viber and WhatsApp, and the text mentions work in Kharkiv, Odesa, Kherson and Khmelnytskyi.

Pricing has changed since 2016. The original page showed a fixed starting price and term; today the home page, which presents express liquidation, says the price is set individually and depends on the method, deadline, requirements and complexity, and invites a request.

The footer credit "Website development and promotion — Marketing MIX" links to mmix.ua. It is absent from the 2016, 2018, 2022 and March 2025 captures, so it was added after March 2025. We found no third-party reviews of Likvidus.

What we would add now

Ukrainian as the main language

The pages are marked up as Russian, with Ukrainian secondary. For a Ukrainian market, the Ukrainian version should lead.

Prices and timelines up front

Visitors compare price and duration first, and the site asks them to write in for both. Price ranges and typical terms per procedure, or a liquidation cost calculator, would answer on the page. We have seen no such calculator on competing sites.

Procedure pages for AI answers

People ask AI assistants how to close a company or a FOP step by step. A dated procedure and an FAQ on every service page, marked up as HowTo and FAQ data, give those systems something precise to quote; today's structured data covers only the website and the legal service. See AI SEO & GEO agency: ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews.

Proof and legal review

The site shows no client reviews or case outcomes, and the About block makes team and experience claims that no page backs up. Legal information affects money and liability, so every service page should name a reviewer and a review date.

One market, two sites

The group's ready-made company catalogue, Kupit OOO — ready-made companies catalogue, Ukraine, serves the buyer side of the same market, and the Likvidus footer does not link to it yet.

Measured leads, then ads

Before any new contextual advertising, the call-back form and messenger clicks should be tracked as conversions. See PPC services in Ottawa: Google Ads and Meta ads agency and SEO services in Ottawa: technical and local SEO.

Testimonial

Likvidus is a company of our own group, so this quote comes from inside the group.

Thank you for building the site, for the clear and attractive design and for the good terms. We would also like to point out how convenient it was to receive promotion services as a comprehensive package. We look forward to working together further.
