The brief

Anna Yevhenivna Gribova is a private notary in Kyiv. Her office set itself the priority of providing notarial services at the highest level. Competition among Kyiv notaries has always been strong, and clients have always been free to choose the notary whose prices and quality of service suit them. To meet their needs, Ms Gribova kept raising her knowledge and her service standards.

People usually choose a notary by location, price and how soon they can get an appointment, and they search for a specific service: certifying a sale agreement, a parent's consent for a child to travel abroad, an inheritance. The website had to answer those searches with clear service pages and make it easy to get in touch with the office.

What we did

Scope

The case page lists the work: mockups based on the client's wishes, a responsive layout, connection of a content management system, programming of functional additions, filling the site with content, placement on permanent hosting, and external promotion on regional thematic platforms. The team included a front-end developer, a designer, a junior PHP developer and a junior SEO specialist.

Design

An owl logo reading "Anna Gribova · Private Notary" and a dark top bar with the office's email and phone. The home page slider presented individual services with buttons to learn more, request a call back or ask a question.

Services catalogue with prices

Services were grouped on tabs: statements, contracts, powers of attorney, wills and inheritance, and other services. Contracts were broken down further into sale and purchase, gifts, leases, mortgages and other agreements. Each service showed its price and term next to an order button. In the January 2018 version of the site, for example, a gift agreement started at 1,500 UAH, an inheritance statement cost 400 UAH, and a parents' consent for a child's travel abroad cost 350 UAH with a one-day turnaround.

Content pages and languages

The site had a news section with article pages; an "About the notary" page covering her professional path, what the office offers clients and its advantages; a client reviews block; and a contacts page with a map and a form. It opened in Russian, with switches to Ukrainian and English. It ran on MODX, and the footer carried the credit "Development and support MARKETING MIX".

January 2018. The site is live over HTTPS with the office's real contacts, the language switch, prices in the slider and the Marketing MIX credit.

Where it stands today

The domain notariusgribova.com.ua no longer resolves (checked on 14 September 2026), and the Web Archive has no captures after August 2020.
Kyiv notary directories still list Anna (Hanna) Yevhenivna Gribova as a practising private notary, at a different office address; one directory record is dated 10 October 2024.
A search in September 2026 found no new website for the notary. Her contact details are now published by third-party directories.

What we would add now

A notary's website pays for itself through service-specific searches. When the domain lapsed, its indexed service and price pages went with it. A 2026 rebuild would include the following.

Service pages that answer the whole question

Renewal monitoring for the domain, so that the site, its search history and the notary's name stay under her control.
