The brief
Premium Estate is a real estate agency with offices in Kyiv and Dnipro. It calls itself a "new-generation company", uses the line "Your comfort is our task", and works with three audiences across Ukraine:
- Developers get a ready-made sales department with analysts and marketers.
- Clients who buy, sell or rent get property search, document preparation, negotiation and legal support.
- Realtors get terms of cooperation, a distance-learning programme and a motivation system.
Around that core the agency offers consulting (BTI technical passports, valuers, land-management services, deal support, property management) and legal services (document analysis, permits and licences for businesses, representation).
Premium Estate is part of Innova Consulting Group: the agency's footer says so and links to innova.ua. Marketing MIX belongs to the same group, so this is work for a sister company.
The brief was to build a website that reflects a modern approach to real estate, promote the brand in Google and bring in the target audience through SEO. In this market, trust decides who gets the call. Developers want proof that an agency can sell their units, and buyers and realtors want to see who they will deal with before they pick up the phone.
What we did
The website
We built the site from start to finish: a one-page layout in a dark and copper palette. It opens with the agency's positioning and continues with a switch between the three audiences (Realtors, Investors, Clients), the agency's advantages, a form for a free legal consultation, the full-cycle services, the team, client reviews and two contact blocks with maps for Kyiv and Dnipro. The site runs in Russian, Ukrainian and English, and each version has its own page title, for example "Real Estate Agency Kyiv - Premium Estate" in English. Maps use Leaflet with OpenStreetMap, the forms use input masks, and Google Tag Manager is installed.
Search queries and SEO content
We worked out the pool of search queries, wrote SEO-optimised copy, and optimised headings and metadata across the site.
Brand promotion
We promoted the brand for search through thematic platforms and regional crowd marketing.
Where it stands today
- On 14 September 2026 premiumestate.com.ua is live in all three languages: Russian at the root, Ukrainian at /ua/ and English at /en/.
- The "Development and support" credit with the MMIX logo appears in the footer of every language version.
- The live site follows the Marketing MIX mockup section by section. The Web Archive's first capture, from December 2021, and its February 2022 capture show the same design, the same credit and the Innova Consulting Group footer.
- The team section shows two partners, Maksym Stepanenko (legal support) and Rostyslav Kulish (consulting). It has looked this way since at least December 2021; the original mockup had a third card.
- The home page's last-modified header dates from 13 March 2023, and the footer copyright line shows no year.
- The site links to the agency's Facebook page and a LinkedIn group. A Kyiv business directory lists the agency with its website and no ratings, and a search in September 2026 found no public review summary.
What we would add now
Buyers search by district, property type and developer. Developers look for evidence of sales capacity. A one-page site introduces the agency well, and those specific searches currently go to listing portals. Based on what the live site shows, this is what we would add in 2026.
Listings and project pages that can be indexed
Pages for properties, developer projects and districts, with map search, give search engines and AI assistants specific content to cite. Today the site has no listings, property pages or blog.
Technical SEO and structured data
http, https and www all respond with status 200, there are no canonical tags, and the /, /ua/ and /en/ versions are not linked with hreflang. Search engines therefore see duplicate hosts and three unconnected language versions. RealEstateAgent structured data with both offices would state the agency's details in machine-readable form. See SEO services in Ottawa: technical and local SEO and AI SEO & GEO agency: ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews.
Ukrainian as the default language
The root version is Russian and declares html lang="ru". For a Ukrainian agency in 2026 the Ukrainian version belongs at the root.
Faster contact and reviews
The forms ask for a name, phone and email. Telegram, Viber and WhatsApp buttons, a CRM hand-off and a routine for collecting Google reviews would shorten the path from interest to a conversation. Campaigns for new developer projects could then send paid traffic to pages built for them: PPC services in Ottawa: Google Ads and Meta ads agency.
Front-end refresh
The site runs on jQuery 2.2.4. A front-end update, together with filling in the empty copyright year, would bring it up to date.
Testimonial
Friends recommended MMIX. I had my doubts, but I decided to trust them. At our very first meeting, where we talked through the project, the design and the structure, I could see the team were professionals who love what they do. I don't regret getting in touch.

Maria Kravchenko appears in the agency's team section in the site mockup, so this feedback comes from inside the group.
