The brief

PAREA International Charitable Foundation is an international NGO founded in May 2008. The foundation runs programs across humanitarian assistance, medical aid, and education with a particular focus on Ukraine-related initiatives since 2022. The pre-existing site was an information-only brochure with no donation functionality, no program-by-program reporting, and content that hadn't been updated in months.

For an international charitable foundation in 2026, the website must be a working donation channel, a transparent reporting surface for existing donors, and a recruiting tool for grant-makers — at the same time.

What we did

Trilingual site with donor-aware navigation

EN, UK, RU as full locales. Navigation segmented for the three donor types (individual donors, corporate sponsors, grant-makers) without making it feel like three sites.

Donation flow integrated with Stripe and PayPal

One-time and recurring donations in multiple currencies, with proper tax-receipt automation (where the regulatory environment supports it) and integrated CRM sync for donor follow-up.

Program-by-program reporting

Each program with its own page: objective, beneficiaries, geographic scope, budget, current status, and monthly progress reports with photos and metrics. Updated weekly during active program phases.

Press kit and grant-application materials

Public press kit URL with foundation registration documents, audited financials, leadership bios, and high-resolution photography for press use. Dedicated grant-application section with the foundation's profile in formats grant-makers expect.

Schema markup for non-profit

NGO schema, Project schema for each program, Person schema for board members and leadership, regular schema validation in CI.
