The brief
Only Forward («Тільки вперед») is a charitable foundation based in Boryspil, Kyiv region. The state register records its registration on 5 April 2022, with other social assistance without accommodation as its main activity. The foundation buys equipment and medical supplies for the military. Its main line of work is purchasing and sending the technical equipment and gear that soldiers at the front need. It later added humanitarian aid and opened a warehouse where aid is collected and then delivered to soldiers on combat missions in the east of Ukraine.
Foundations that have supplied the army since 2022 run on donor trust. Donors want to see what was bought, for which unit and when, and many check a foundation's registration before they give. Social media posts scroll away within days; a website keeps news, reports and the donation route in one place that people can find again.
The brief was a website built around that work: news, projects, reports and donations, in Ukrainian with an English version.
What we did
Design
We developed the design from the client's wishes. The mockups, dated 2022, show a Ukrainian-language site with a language switch and a yellow "Support" donation button in the header. The navigation covers About us, News, Projects, Reports and Contacts. The home page opens with a trident on the Ukrainian flag, followed by an About block, team cards, the latest news, a donation appeal, the foundation's projects and a "Write to us" contact form. The footer carries the foundation's contacts. News cards in the mockups are dated from 17 August to 15 September 2022.
Layout and CMS
The design mockups were coded into page layouts and connected to a content management system (CMS).
Content, testing and launch
We filled the site with content, tested it and published it on hosting at o-f.kiev.ua. The contacts page gives an e-mail address on the foundation's domain and its address in Boryspil, and the footer carries a "Development and support" mark for Marketing MIX.
Where it stands today
A web-archive capture from 29 January 2023 shows the site live and matching the mockups: Ukrainian and English versions, the same menu and team section, and news from 10 to 26 January 2023, including a fundraiser for thermal imagers opened on 17 January and a thank-you from the 72nd Brigade dated 26 January. The "Development and support" credit links to mmix.ua.
The archive holds only three captures of the domain, all from 2023; the last is dated 2 April 2023. When we checked on 14 September 2026, o-f.kiev.ua no longer resolved in DNS, so the site is offline. The foundation keeps a Facebook page. The register data we could reach dates from April 2022, so we could not confirm the foundation's current status.
What we would add now
Continuity for the domain and the reports
When a foundation's site goes offline, links in old fundraising posts lead nowhere and its public reports disappear with it. Domain and hosting renewals on automatic payment, plus a static archive of reports that stays online through a pause in funding, protect that record. See Corporate website development.
Reports donors can verify
Report pages with a date, the purchase, the receiving unit and the supporting documents, linked to the foundation's registry record, shorten the check a careful donor makes before giving.
Faster giving and clearer signals for search
A card, Apple Pay and Google Pay donation widget, analytics events on donation clicks, and NGO structured data would make giving quicker and help search engines and AI assistants describe the foundation correctly.
