The brief
Force Solutions (ТОВ «ФОРС СОЛЮШНЗ», EDRPOU code 42879067) is a private security company in Kyiv. It was registered on 11 March 2019, its registered activity is private security services (KVED 80.10), and the Ukrainian registry shows two security licences. The company guards private property and commercial sites, government institutions and transport hubs. Its guards keep order on the premises and the surrounding grounds and restrict access for outsiders.
Our founder, Maksym Stepanenko, is one of the company's three co-founders, with a 33.34% stake. This case therefore describes work for a company connected to the studio.
Physical security is bought by property owners, facility managers, developers and procurement teams. They usually search for protection of one specific kind of site, such as a warehouse, a construction site or a country house, or for a service such as a bodyguard. Before they call, they want to see that the company is licensed, how it works and how to request a quote. The website needed a services section with its own page for each of those searches.
What we did
Market analysis and prototypes
The project began with a market analysis and prototypes of the site's pages.
Design
The design uses dark photographic backgrounds with yellow accents. The home page opens with the headline "Physical security: protecting people and business" and a request form for a free consultation. Below come the company's advantages, a grid of core services (access control, patrolling the grounds, public order, cargo security), a clients section, a four-step outline of how the company works, FAQ, reviews and a contact block. The mockups also cover the About and Contacts pages.
Services section and service page template
We designed the services section and a template for individual service pages. The mockups show pages for bodyguard services, factory security, and security for country houses and cottage settlements.
On the live site the services mega-menu grew to about fifty pages in eight groups: private property, business, government institutions, real estate, transport, valuable cargo and cash-in-transit, personal protection, and other services such as event security and a rapid response team. The business group alone ran from factories and banks to hotels, restaurants and beauty salons.
Build
Animated elements and pop-up forms were coded, the site was programmed, adapted to different devices and tested for functionality and usability. It ran in Russian on WordPress with a custom theme named "force-solutions". The contact block explained that prices are set individually after the company's staff assess the site, and that an order can be placed by phone or through a request on the site.
Where it stands today
The Internet Archive and domain records show the site's full life.
- 9 December 2019. The first capture shows the live site, titled "Физическая охрана Форс Солюшнз", with the services mega-menu, the Kyiv office contacts and the footer "Copyrights 2019 – Force Solutions".
- August 2020. The same site.
- January 2022 and January 2023. The same site, now with a "Разработка и поддержка" (Development and support) credit and the MMIX logo in the footer, linking to mmix.ua. The credit is absent from the 2019 and 2020 captures.
- 18 July 2024. The domain shows a parking page offering forcesol.com for sale. A capture from July 2025 shows only a redirect script.
- 28 September 2025. The domain is re-registered through Global Domain Group LLC on Cloudflare name servers.
- 14 September 2026. forcesol.com returns a Cloudflare 522 error, meaning the server behind it is down.
Search engines still show two of the old service pages, for private property security and personal protection. The company itself remains registered as active in the Ukrainian registry; its VAT registration was cancelled on 27 April 2020. We found no current website for Force Solutions and no public reviews of the company.
What we would add now
The structure we designed, with a page for each type of site, still matches how security services are bought. A 2026 rebuild would add four things.
Domain continuity
The site disappeared when the domain lapsed: by July 2024 it was for sale, and search results still point to pages that no longer load. Renewal monitoring as part of site support keeps a company's search history, its inbound requests and its name under its own control. See Corporate website development.
Ukrainian first
The site was built in Russian only. For a Kyiv company in 2026 we would make Ukrainian the main language and add an English version for international clients, connected with hreflang links. See SEO services in Ottawa: technical and local SEO.
Structured data and trust signals
About fifty service pages carried no Service or LocalBusiness markup. LocalBusiness and Service data for every type of site, FAQ markup, and the company's licence details shown as trust signals would help both search engines and AI assistants answer "who can guard this kind of site in Kyiv". See AI SEO & GEO agency: ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews.
Indicative prices and a quote form
Prices were only available on request. Indicative price ranges by type of site and a short quote calculator would turn research visits into qualified requests. See Landing page development that converts.
Testimonial
Force Solutions was co-founded by our founder, Maksym Stepanenko, who holds a third of the company. The testimonial below is signed "Maxim" and comes from him.
The team did a good job helping us create the site. The work is competent, the interface is convenient, and the site is easy to use. I like the design template. I'm pleased with the team and recommend working with them.
